Shenzhen Samcien New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., a National SRUI "Little Giant" Enterprise, was spun off from the Shenzhen Institutes of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2016. The company specializes in R&D, production, and sales of  pan-semiconductor materials, delivering system solutions and key materials for advanced packaging, substrates, power devices, and next-generation displays.

Zhejiang Samcien New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary established in 2023, serves as the company's sole domestic production base for full-scale manufacturing of core products. Located in Zhejiang Jiashan Chemical Cluster E-Zone (close to Shanghai), the site occupies 35 mu of land and houses a 24,000 m² smart manufacturing factory with cleanrooms and MES systems. Phase I is designed for an annual capacity of 225 metric tons.
