1. Design the technical principles of R&D projects, formulate development routes, and lead project implementation in accordance with scheduled plans.

3. At least 1 year of experience in formula design of silicone, polyimide, or photo-induced cationic polymerization adhesives and coatings.
4. Experienced in the full-cycle project development including product route design, research, bench test, pilot test and application verification. Candidates with successful mass production experience as a core project member are preferred.

1. Assist in achieving the annual goals and implementing plans of the process engineering team.
2. Lead the optimization of process plans, procedures, routes and tooling to boost production efficiency and product quality.

2. 1-3 years of process or R&D experience in the semiconductor industry with a strong passion for transitioning to sales; or over 1 year of sales experience in semiconductor materials/equipment, familiar with the semiconductor industrial chain. Candidates with existing client resources in fabs and packaging factories are preferred.
3. Able to understand process flow charts, quickly learn product technical parameters, and conduct professional communication with customer engineers.

4. Prior experience as a versatile operator or team leader in chemical or pharmaceutical production lines for more than 1 year is preferred.

1. Responsible for the planning, design, equipment selection, installation and commissioning of the coating production line.
2. Lead the mass production and optimization of coating products, including process development, process improvement, yield rate and capacity enhancement. Manage process adjustment, handle process abnormalities, and improve product quality and operational efficiency.
3. Regularly analyze production data, timely study and resolve process abnormalities during production to ensure stable product quality.
4. Supervise daily maintenance, troubleshooting and upgrading of coating equipment to improve production line automation level and overall capacity.
5. Lead the process team, formulate training plans to improve the team’s professional capabilities, and coordinate with production, quality, R&D and other departments to ensure the achievement of process objectives.
6. Organize the compilation, revision and implementation of process safety production management systems, establish process standards and operating specifications, ensure products meet customer and industry requirements, drive continuous improvement, and reduce production costs and material loss.
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Chemical Engineering, Materials, Mechanical Engineering and other related fields.
2. At least 8 years of coating process experience, including a minimum of 3 years in the electronic materials industry. Experienced in full-cycle coating production line construction from scratch, familiar with mainstream domestic and foreign coating equipment (such as slot die coating, micro-gravure coating, etc.).
3. Proficient in coating principles, process parameters (speed, thickness, drying temperature, etc.) and material characteristics (resin, photosensitive materials, etc.). Familiar with equipment selection, installation, commissioning, maintenance and automatic control systems (PLC).
4. Strong project management capabilities, excellent teamwork and cross-department communication skills to drive technical implementation. Possess outstanding problem-solving abilities with rich experience in quickly responding to process abnormalities and equipment failures.
5. Sensitive to emerging new processes and industry technologies, capable of predicting product implementation effects and potential quality risks.
6. Skilled in data analysis, proficient in quality tools such as PFEMA, CP, MSA and related office software.
