Shenzhen Samcien New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was incubated and founded in 2016 by Shenzhen Institutes of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. As a national specialized, sophisticated, unique and innovative "Little Giant" enterprise, we focus on the R&D, production and sales of advanced electronic materials. Centering on four strategic emerging fields including advanced packaging, packaging substrates, power devices and new displays, we provide solutions for key materials.
Zhejiang Samcien New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2023 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shenzhen Samcien New Material Technology Co., Ltd. It undertakes the large-scale full-process production of the company's core products. Located in the Chemical Cluster of Jiashan Economic and Technological Development Zone, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, the plant covers an area of 35 mu with a construction area of 24,000 square meters. Equipped with intelligent management systems such as DCS and MES, it realizes full-process intelligent manufacturing.
