Founded in 2016 with technological incubation from the Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shenzhen Samcien Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd. is a national-level Specialized, Sophisticated, Distinctive and Innovative "Little Giant" Enterprise. It focuses on the R&D, production and sales of pan-semiconductor materials. The company mainly provides systematic solutions and key materials for three strategic emerging fields: advanced packaging, power devices and new displays.
Zhejiang Samcien New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2023 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shenzhen Samcien Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd. It undertakes the full-process mass production of the company's core products and is its sole production base in China. Located in the Chemical Industry Cluster of Jiashan Economic and Technological Development Zone, Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province, the company covers an area of 35 mu. It features a 24,000 square meters smart manufacturing plant equipped with clean workshops and an MES production management system for large-scale production of advanced electronic materials.
