The award-winning material is one of Samcien Semiconductor's core products: a complete temporary bonding material solution for 2.5D/3D packaging. Featuring excellent physical and mechanical properties, strong adhesion, superior chemical resistance and easy cleanability, it effectively supports the processing of ultra-thin wafers in CoWoS packaging. Combined with advanced laser debonding technology, it enables stress-free wafer separation at room temperature. Shenzhen Samcien Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd. was incubated and established in 2016 by the Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. As a national high-tech enterprise, it specializes in the research and development, production and sales of pan-semiconductor materials. Focusing on three strategic emerging fields, namely advanced packaging, power devices and new displays, the company provides systematic solutions and key supporting materials for the industry.
Zhejiang Samcien New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2023 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shenzhen Samcien Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd. It undertakes the full-scale mass production of the company's core products and serves as the company's sole production base in China. Located in the Chemical Industry Cluster of Jiashan Economic and Technological Development Zone, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, the site covers an area of 35 mu with a 24,000-square-meter smart manufacturing plant. It is equipped with clean workshops and an MES production management system to support large-scale production of advanced electronic materials.
