On October 26, Samcien Semiconductor was honored with the title of "Best Material Partner" by JCET (Shaoxing) Co., Ltd. in recognition of its technical support with temporary bonding materials and remarkable progress achieved in the company's high-density fan-out packaging project.

As one of the core processes for advanced IC packaging including fan-out packaging and 2.5D/3D packaging, the temporary bonding process relies heavily on dedicated materials, which play a vital role in process implementation and yield rate. Boasting a top-tier R&D team and advanced platforms, Samcien Semiconductor has long focused on temporary bonding materials and built up independent intellectual property rights. The company collaborated closely with JCET Shaoxing on joint research into material and process applications. Through joint efforts, the two sides overcame multiple technical bottlenecks, realized mass production of high-density fan-out packaging, and filled the domestic market gap.
