The construction of the smart factory project of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhejiang Samcien New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., with an annual production capacity of 225 tons of advanced packaging materials for the general semiconductor industry, was successfully topped out. This marks a solid step forward for Samcien Semiconductor in industrial upgrading, production capacity expansion and intelligent manufacturing improvement.
The topping-out ceremony kicked off at 10 a.m. in a solemn and joyous atmosphere. Covering an area of approximately 23,360 square meters (35.04 mu), the smart factory of Samcien Semiconductor has a total investment of 170 million RMB. Since the commencement of construction, the project has been built in strict compliance with high standards and adopted a host of advanced design concepts and technologies to create a modern factory featuring intelligence, environmental friendliness and high efficiency. Upon completion and operation, the new facility will greatly boost the company's production capacity, quality control capability and market competitiveness.
