Gentle spring breezes blow and cherry blossoms flutter. In this vibrant and lovely season, Samcien Semiconductor organized its 2024 outdoor team building event themed *Materials Empower Chips, Innovation Lights the Future* for all staff.
Day 1
On the afternoon of April 20, 2024, all employees gathered at Xitang Ancient Town, a national AAAAA-level scenic area in Jiashan. Led by a tour guide, they wandered along the winding ancient streets and visited attractions including the Misty Corridor, Qilaoye Temple, Drunken Garden and North Zha Street. Strolling through the alleys of West Street, everyone sampled local delicacies such as Grandma Guan's Stinky Tofu, Eight-Treasure Cakes and Xitang Braised Pork Knuckle. Amid the grey tiles and white walls, ripples danced on the river. Walking along the waterside, the staff cast aside weariness and hustle, fully embracing a relaxed and pleasant mood.

During the dinner session, a special award ceremony was held to recognize outstanding employees who made remarkable contributions to the company’s first victory in the ten key strategic campaigns of 2024. We congratulate the award-winning staff and look forward to working together to forge ahead and achieve greater accomplishments. Following the awards presentation, all employees extended warm blessings to colleagues celebrating their birthdays in April, wishing them a life filled with happiness and every success.

Day 2
"Once a spark lit here, now thunder rumbles far and wide." Jiaxing, Zhejiang, the birthplace of the Communist Party of China, led the nation out of hardships to turn a new page in history and nurtured the **Red Boat Spirit**.
On the morning of April 21, accompanied by the guide’s in-depth narration, the team visited Diao'ao Embankment and Qinghui Hall, before paying a visit to the solemn Yanyu Tower and the South Lake Revolutionary Memorial Hall. Retracing the red memories and revisiting the Red Boat Spirit, all members deeply perceived its greatness and immortality. Inspired by the profound Red Boat Spirit, all staff of Samcien Semiconductor will preserve the pioneering and striving spirit of entrepreneurship and forge ahead unremittingly.

On the afternoon of April 21, the team headed to Hangzhou and arrived at the West Lake Scenic Area, a famed resort featuring picturesque views and timeless legends at every step. Surrounded by sparkling lake waters and lush green mountains, the team witnessed the vivid spring landscapes depicted in ancient poems — blooming flowers dazzling the eyes and white sand embankments shaded by lush poplars — unfolding right before their eyes.

The event concluded pleasantly amid laughter and joy. This outdoor team building activity helped employees relieve work fatigue since the start of the year. It also promoted communication and mutual understanding between new and veteran staff as well as colleagues across departments, greatly strengthening teamwork and collaboration within Samcien Semiconductor.
