On the afternoon of December 26, 2025, the founding meeting of the CPC Party Branch Committee of Shenzhen Samcien Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd. was solemnly held at the company's R&D Center. With the guidance and support of the higher-level Party organization, the Party building work of Samcien Semiconductor has entered a new stage, injecting strong "red momentum" into the company's development.

The meeting kicked off in a solemn atmosphere on the afternoon of the same day. All participating Party members wore Party emblems and presented a spirited demeanor. Yang Yang, Party organization officer from the Party Building and Personnel Office of Fuyong Subdistrict (the higher-level Party organization), all Party members of the company, secretaries and committee members of the 15th and 21st Party Branches of Shenzhen Venture Capital Group, leaders of Shenzhen Venture Capital Group, as well as Zhang Guoping, founder and chairman of the company, and management representatives attended the meeting. The conference was presided over by Huang Mingqi, Secretary of the newly established Party Branch.

At the meeting, Comrade Huang Mingqi declared the opening of the founding conference of the CPC Party Branch of Shenzhen Samcien Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd. He then introduced the attending leaders from the higher-level Party organization, representatives from Shenzhen Venture Capital Group, and the company’s Party members. Subsequently, all attendees stood up to sing the National Anthem of the People’s Republic of China. The stirring melody echoed throughout the venue, uniting everyone with a shared resolve to forge ahead.

The meeting strictly implemented the "First Agenda" study system and thoroughly conveyed and studied the important speeches and spirits delivered by Xi Jinping at the Central Economic Work Conference, the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee Meeting, and the Symposium with Non-Party Personages.

Witnessed by all present, Yang Yang, representative of the Party organization from the Party Building and Personnel Office of Fuyong Subdistrict, solemnly read out the Official Reply on Approving the Election Results of the CPC Party Branch Committee of Shenzhen Samcien Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd. This signifies the official approval of the establishment of the company's Party Branch. Grassroots Party organization building has taken firm root here, opening a new chapter where Party building leads corporate governance and cultural development.

Comrade Huang Mingqi, the newly appointed Secretary of the Party Branch, delivered a detailed report on the preparatory work for the branch establishment. He solemnly stated that he would faithfully perform the duties of the Party Branch Secretary, unite and lead all Party members to effectively strengthen the ideological, political, organizational and work-style development of the branch, and give full play to the role of the Party branch as a fighting fortress and the exemplary vanguard role of Party members.

Comrade Zhang Guoping, founder and chairman of the company, extended congratulations and pledged full support for the establishment of the Party Branch. Cao Xuguang, Secretary of the 15th Party Branch, and Hua Xiang, Secretary of the 21st Party Branch of Shenzhen Venture Capital Group, delivered speeches respectively.

During the subsequent exchange session, participants from both sides conducted in-depth and practical discussions on the prospects of the semiconductor materials industry, business collaboration and capital market opportunities.
